After a very long early-morning ride with no restaurant for tens of miles, I was delighted to find an A1A convenience store with a breakfast deli counter. Fuck what you heard -- two full biscuits plus enough gravy to choke a hippo and Gatorade is INDEED the breakfast of champions.
